All Indian moms would agree that massaging your scalp with oil is one of the best things you can do to increase the volume of your hair. 7. Get enough sleep
Getting adequate sleep helps in the synthesis of proteins and the release of growth hormones and enzymes that are vital for hair growth and health. Aim to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep everyday. This will not only help to increase the volume of your hair, but also improve your overall health and leave you feeling fresh and rejuvenated.
These tips are simple but effective ways for you to increase the volume of your hair without putting in too much effort. Of course, not everyone will have the same results, and change will not be instant.
