Returns Policy

Returns is a scheme in terms of which the option of replacement or refund is offered by the Company to you.

Refunds can be provided in cases mentioned below. Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

1.       Cancellation Cancellation before shipment only: Order can be cancelled before order is dispatched from our kitchen. If the order is cancelled before shipment, a refund will be initiated for pre-paid orders
2.       Return

·         User can initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the products

·         Refund time frame: 30 days

1. Damaged packaging We offer replacement of the product. If customer doesn’t want replacement, we will initiate a refund (if the order has been paid for)
2. Spoilt product We offer replacement of the product. If customer doesn’t want replacement, we will initiate a refund (if the order has been paid for)
3.       Incorrect product We offer replacement of the product. If customer doesn’t want replacement, we will initiate a refund (if the order has been paid for)

If the product does not get delivered in the delivery time-frame. We will initite a refund (if the order has been paid for)

Note: If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

 

4.       Exchange Our products cannot be exchanged for anything else

Late or missing refunds

If yo haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again to ensure the refund has’t been credited to the account yet
  • If the original payment method was credit card, then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that wait for the suggested time period by the credit card company to process & credit the refund
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at the WhatsApp number provided on the website
